Could you please advise whether the AVETMISS data under cancelled enrolments will be reported ?

If an enrolment has been cancelled in TEAMS then that enrolment will not be reported in any of the AVETMISS NAT files or AVETMISS Submissions.

FAQ – Query about a report which shows all Intervention strategies for a student with multiple enrolments

For a report based on Interventions, a user can try generating the Intervention Status Report (TEAMS > Student > General Reports II > Intervention Status Report). This report can be generated for a single enrolment or a single student or by entering a date range so that the report picks up all the interventions within the date range which has been entered.

FAQ – How to create an Agent Type in TEAMS?

A user can go to TEAMS > Setup > Organisation > User Code Screen and select code type as Agent Type and then you can create a new agent type from this screen. If you wish to enter Notes as to why a user would use this specific User Code then you may do so. The type of notes you would enter here may include why you would use this field or to give more information than the Name allows.

Don’t forget to select the SAVE ENTRY icon in the top left hand corner of the screen to SAVE what you have just entered. If you close out of the screen before selecting your entry will NOT be saved. Also, to create a new entry you MUST select the NEW ENTRY icon in the top left hand corner of the screen so the screen can be refreshed and ready for the next entry. If you leave your current information in the screen and type over it you are MODIFYING the entry.
