AVETMISS Error – an Enrolment is not flagged as “Include in National Export”, how do I fix this?

An Enrolment should be flagged for AVETMISS otherwise it won’t appear in AVETMISS data submission. To fix this error, please follow the steps below:-

Step 1 – Go to TEAMS > Student > Enrolment Centre.

Step 2 – Open the enrolment for which you want to fix the error. To do this enter the students name/student number or enrolment number in the field next to the GO button and then select Enter on your keyboard or the GO button to search and find the enrolment.

Step 3 – Go to Enrolment Centre > Action > Edit AVETMISS. A new window will open, tick the Include in National Export check box as shown below.

Step 4 – Save and close the the screen.
