AVETMISS Error – Funded / Supervised Hours – do not match registration system.

How to fix AVETMISS Error 


This AVETMISS error appears if Supervised Hours are missing for the required Module/Unit of Competency.

To fix this error you can visit the NCVER website where all the Nationally agreed Modules/Unit of Competencies are listed along with their supervised hours as mentioned in the link below:-https://www.ncver.edu.au/__data/assets/file/0025/56446/Nationally-Agreed-Hours-revised-15-September-2016.txt.

A user should search for the required Module/Unit of Competency to get the correct supervised hours information.


Once you have the supervised hours information, go to the Module Screen (TEAMS > Setup > Academic > Module Screen > Details Tab and AVETMISS Tab)

You can enter the correct supervised hours information in the ‘Supervised Hours’ field on Details Tab.



On the AVETMISS Tab, select the state and enter the hours in ‘Supervised Hours’ field then add the entry into the grid.

After entering the details in the required fields, you can save the screen to remove this error.
