AVETMISS Error – Student does not have a USI

How do I fix this?

A student who is studying a VET Qualification must have a USI (Unique Student Identifier).

To fix this error, please follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Go to TEAMS > Student > General > Student Entry screen.

Step 2 – Open the student for which you want to fix the error. To do this, enter the student’s name or student number in the text box  beside the Go button and then press enter key on your keyboard or the Go button to search that student.

Step 3 – Once the student is loaded, on the Student Details tab, enter the USI of the student in the Unique Student Identifier field as highlighted below:

Step 4 – Click on the Save button, upon clicking the Save button, a confirmation popup message window will appear. If you want to SAVE the changes click OK else click on CANCEL.

Step 5 – Once you clicked OK, the system will save the changes.
