AVETMISS Error – Student has no Gender

How to fix this?

A student’s gender is mandatory for both National AVETMISS data submissions and for some State data submissions. To edit and fix the gender of a student please follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Go to TEAMS > Student > General > Student Entry screen.

Step 2 – Open the student for which you want to fix the error. To do this enter the student’s name or student number in the field next beside the GO button and then press Enter key from your keyboard or the GO button to search and find the student.

Step 3 – Once the student is opened, on the Details tab, select the gender of the student.

Step 4 – Save the screen by clicking on the Save button.

In this way, AVETMISS error for No Gender will be removed.
