This article describes how to fix AVETMISS Error – Activity End Date is after the Collection Year End Date therefore Outcome Identifier – National must be 70.
Before You Start
The Outcome Identifier is the technical name for student results. This error appears when student result is selected as continuing enrolment the code which appear in NAT files for this one is 70.
So basically the department is saying that if the result date is after the collection period end date (which means after the current year end date which is 31/12/2016), the unit should have the result of Continuing Enrolment.
How To Fix Error
To fix this error, you can go to TEAMS > Student > Enrolment Centre > Academic > Student Result Screen for the problematic enrolment.
You can change the result to ‘Continuing Enrolment’ for Module/Unit of competency whose result/end date is in the next calendar year.
