AVETMISS FAQ – Module End Date elapsed but Final Outcome not updated

How to fix AVETMISS Error

This AVETMISS error appears, if the Module End Date/Result Date has passed but the Final Outcome/Result has not been updated in the Student Result Screen.

For fixing this error, you need to go to Student Result Screen  (TEAMS > Student > Enrolment Centre > Academic > Student Result Screen).

On Student Result screen, check the Module/Unit of Competency for which Module End Date/Result Date has passed but Final Outcome/Result has not been updated in TEAMS.

For Ex:- THHBCC10B  in the below screen shot. Its Module End Date/Result Date has already passed but the final result has not been updated and the result which is being used is ‘Results not available (reported under state requirements)’ which is incorrect because if the Module End Date/Result Date has passed then there should be a Final Outcome.

Similarly, the same error message would appear for ‘Continuing Enrolment’ result as well if the Module End Date/Result Date has passed.

You have to change the result to a final outcome which should be either Credit transfer, Competent, Not yet competent, RPL, RPL Granted or anything but not ‘Continuing Enrolment or ‘Results not available (reported under state requirements)’ then this error would be removed. avetmiss-faq-module-end-date-elapsed-but-final-outcome-not-updated-4
