How to fix AVETMISS Error
This AVETMISS error appears, if the Module End Date/Result Date has passed but the Final Outcome/Result has not been updated in the Student Result Screen.
For fixing this error, you need to go to Student Result Screen (TEAMS > Student > Enrolment Centre > Academic > Student Result Screen).
On Student Result screen, check the Module/Unit of Competency for which Module End Date/Result Date has passed but Final Outcome/Result has not been updated in TEAMS.
For Example:- The module end date / result date of unit BSBLDR501 has already been passed but the final result / outcome has not been updated. The current result is ‘Continuing Enrolment’ which is incorrect as the Module End Date / Result Date has been passed.
You have to change the result to a final outcome which should be either Credit transfer, Competent, Not yet competent, RPL, RPL Granted or anything but not ‘Continuing Enrolment’ then this error would be removed.
