Why is Purchasing contract not appearing in NAT files if already linked at the course level? (VIC Only)

If a purchasing contract number is not appearing in NAT file but it has been specified at the Course level then you need to check if it has been properly linked to the enrolment or not. For checking this, you need to open an enrolment in the enrolment centre for which the purchasing contract is not appearing.

Open Edit AVETMISS screen by going to Action > Edit Avetmiss and link the Purchasing contract in the Purchasing contract field which is specified at the course level.
