VET Fee Help in TEAMS

This is a brand new feature we have introduced into TEAMS and we hope to release, in the first quarter of 2015, Higher Ed Fee Help in TEAMS as well.

 

Below you will find two different checklists if you wish to implement VET Fee Help (VFH) in TEAMS. It will be based on whether you are an existing VFH Provider who has been managing your VFH student data/submissions outside of TEAMS (yet their student and enrolment details with no VFH information is in TEAMS) OR you are a TEAMS client who has become a new VFH Provider and wish to commence using TEAMS to manage this from the start.

Please look for the relevant checklist and follow the steps, each step will also have a supporting document and/or video for assistance.

VFH Implementation Checklist – existing VFH provider

Once all the above settings VFH settings are configured, you need to contact support at support@rtosoftware.com.au or 1300 85 0585, so that:-

  • CAN Issued can be enabled for students to whom CAN has already been sent.

  • Census Date can be calculated for all the Unit of Studies for existing VFH students
