The logic of this report is based on the dates a user enters, the system then finds all enrolments flagged as started, that have module/competencies with a module end date within the date range entered and that have NO results.

Report Start Date and Report End Date – Both these fields are mandatory fields and all enrolments flagged as started but not finished are picked up that have a module end date within these dates with NO result entered.
Enrolment # – This report can also be run for a specific enrolment by selecting an enrolment in this look up icon.
Campus – This is a multi-select option where a user can select campus(es) for which the report has to be generated.
Course – This report can be generated for ALL courses or for a single course as well by using the course drop down.
Timetable – Timetable multi-select option is present so that this report can be generated for a specific timetable or a group of timetables.
Trainer – Trainer name multi-select is present so that this report can be generated for a specific trainer or a group of trainers.
Employer – Employer lookup icon is present so that this report can be generated for a specific employer.
Enrolment Type – Enrolment Type multi-select is present so that this report can be generated for a specific enrolment type or multiple enrolment types.
Include Enrolments that are flagged as Finished – If a user ticks this tick box then the report will also include those enrolments which are flagged as FINISHED and have module end date within the date range entered.
Group By – This report can be grouped by using the following group by options.
