A student should be flagged for AVETMISS otherwise it won’t appear in AVETMISS data submission. To fix this error, please follow the steps below:
Step 1 – Go to TEAMS > Student > General > Student Entry screen.
Step 2 – Open the student for which you want to fix the error. To do this enter the students name or student number in the field next to the GO button and then select Enter on your keyboard or the GO button to search and find the student.
Step 3 – On the Details tab, tick the AVETMISS check box. When you tick this checkbox, AVETMISS tab will be highlighted. Update the relevant information on this tab i.e. States, Country of birth, Language spoken at home and Address. Try to update as much information you have received from student’s application.
Step 4 – Save the screen by clicking on the Save Entry button on the top left hand side.
